IMB series fixed diaplacement radial piston hydraulic motor range varies from 988 cc/rev to 6807 cc/rev displacement.
2. We adpot special heat treatment process and hydrostatic balance structure between the connecting rod and piston to reduce the friction loss during load transmission.
3. The piston seal ring is special in structure and it can reduce the friction and improve the volumetric efficiency.

NOTE:
1.Before starting up at the first time,filled the motor casing with clean hydraulic oil to promise the lubrication effect of each motion face. The step can be removed if selected motor is without drain port.
2.The hydraulic motor can be installed at any position. The support frame should have enough strength. The output shaft and connected transmission shaft must ensure to be aligned when installed.
3.The maxmum position of drain line should be higher than the central line of motor casing to avoid draining off. When output shaft of motor is upward, return oil check valve (0.1MPa) can is availalbe at drain port to ensure lubrication parts of motor. It should be remark when order.
4. Filtration: recommended filters of 25u for industrial application.Viscosity:best performance can be acquired only in good viscosity condition.Motor can get satisfied work performance when running at 15-1000cst for most working conditions.
5.Leakage: usually drain port should be connected to tank alone.Please contact us if the customer requests to eliminate drain line, but the backpressure of main return line should be less than 0.8Mpa.
6.The cleannes of connection joint should be guaranteed. Not allowing the dirty particle into motor.
7.Reduction of radial and axial load on the output shaft of motor can prolong lifetime of motor.
