5V Series Cast Iron Ten-Groove QD Sheaves for "5V" Belts

5V series ten groove QD (quick disassembly) bushing pulley is applicable to 5V, 5VX, belt 5V and belt 5VX belts. They range in diameter from 4.40 "to 50.00". Depending on the pulley size, they use E, F, J or M QD bushings, which we also have in stock. Our ten groove 5V QD pulleys are mostly made of high-strength 35 grade cast iron, coated with phosphate and anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure smooth operation of the machine.

In addition, the 5V V-belt is one of the oldest V-belts in the industry. The high-quality 5V series v-belts we provide are manufactured according to ISO 9001 specifications. They are oil and heat resistant and can be directly interchanged with other brands. They are composed of natural rubber compound and polyester rope, and are covered with a mixture of cotton and polyester, with high durability. QD sleeve | quick disconnect sleeve QD bushings are used in various sprockets, pulleys, pulleys and synchronous drives throughout the industrial power transmission and agricultural industries. They are designed for easy installation and unloading; They are also commonly referred to as quick disconnect bushings. The QD bushing facilitates normal installation on the outside of the flange and reverse installation on the inside of the flange, and utilizes a single split that extends over the entire length of the bushing. Our QD bushings can be interchanged with other brands and are made of high-grade steel by precision machining, which is suitable for perfect installation. Installation method of pulley: 1. Check the pulley groove to ensure that there are no scratches or sharp edges, and all dimensions meet the standards; 2. Clean the surfaces of all parts, such as hub holes, tapered sleeves, bolt holes, etc. Install the tapered sleeve into the pulley and align all screw holes. 3. Coat the screw (TB1008-TB3030) and thread (TB3525-TB5050) with oil and screw them into the mounting hole, but do not tighten them. 4. Clean the surface of the drive shaft, push the belt pulley with tapered sleeve to the predetermined position on the shaft, and check whether the v-shaped belt pulley is aligned. 5. When using the keyway, it must be inserted into the hub first, and there must be a certain tolerance between the keyway and the hole hub. 6. Use a hex wrench conforming to DIN911 standard to tighten the bolts in each mounting hole alternately, gradually and evenly until the torque shown in the following table is reached. 7. After a short period of operation (0.5 to 1 hour), check the tightening torque of the bolts and retighten them if necessary. 8. To prevent foreign matters from invading, fill the connecting hole of the hole with grease.
Removal method of belt pulley: 1. Loosen all bolts, take out one or two bolts according to the number of removal holes, lubricate the bolt type and bolt tip with engine oil, and then insert the bolts into the removal holes. 2. Tighten the bolts alternately until the conical sleeve and pulley are loosened. 3. Remove the tapered sleeve and pulley from the shaft.

When the drive components are operated for a long time, the inner holes and chain grooves may be damaged. If it is a transmission part using this tapered sleeve, when this happens, replace it with a tapered sleeve of accurate specification, and then it can be used again. Strong universality: the separation of pulley and conical sleeve allows the change of shaft hole only to change the diameter of conical sleeve, which increases the universality of products and greatly reduces the inventory type and cost of products. 3. Convenient installation and removal: only one inch hex wrench is needed, and no other special tools are needed. It can be completed in one minute, which is convenient and fast. 4. Wider shaft diameter tolerance is allowed:+0.05mm to -0.125mm. The groove can be equipped with V-belts, narrow V-belts, etc. Keyless transmission can be realized under light load and light load to medium load. 5. It is produced in strict accordance with international standard DIN2211, and all products have passed balance test to avoid damage to motor bearings and equipment components due to runout. 6. Surface anti rust treatment: after phosphating and blackening, the surface is smooth, beautiful and anti rust.
