Refrigeration Air Dryer

This Series of refrigerated compressed air dryers work on the principle of refrigeration dehumidification. When the compressed air cooled by the refrigeration apparatus to the set temperature, the gaseous water in it condensed into a liquid state and separated by the special-structured gas-liquid separator, and discharged by the drainage device, so we get the dried compressed air.

Adsorption Air Dryer

Adsorption compressed air dryer use desiccant or adsorbent(usually high-efficiency active alumina or molecular sieve) to adsorb moisture in the compressed air, the desiccant has the quality of preferentially absorb moisture and will not affect the chemical composition of the synthetic gas. The dew point of the compressed air treated by an adsorption dryer will be -20°C- -40°C and could reach a low dew point of -70°C by a specially designed adsorption dryer. The adsorption compressed air dryer designed to dual-tower structure, with advantages of stable operation, low investment, easy maintenance and etc.
