The CNC forming gear grinding machine adopts FANUC's system of five/six axis three linkage control; The gear grinding motion is completed by the linkage of a high rigidity and high torque torque torque motor (A-axis) and a linear motor (X-axis). The torque motor and linear motor simplify the transmission system, not only ensuring efficient forward and reverse continuous grinding, but also ensuring machining accuracy; The diamond roller can be adjusted online for various tooth profiles of the grinding wheel through dual direct drive linear axis (X-axis and Z-axis) interpolation combined with the self-developed GPM modification software. The grinding wheel spindle adopts a high-power and high torque electric spindle to ensure grinding efficiency and quality. This machine tool not only supports standard tooth profile machining, but also supports CAD tooth profile import function for special teeth.
