The CNC shovel grinding machine adopts LYNUC N3 (four axis)/N5 (five axis) system three linkage control; The indexing heads are all controlled by imported high stability direct drive torque motors, forming a full closed-loop system. The grinding spindle adopts a high-power, high torque, and high speed electric spindle, which not only ensures machining accuracy but also considers grinding speed; The five axis open edge grinding uses diamond rollers for online adjustment of various tooth profile front edge shapes of the grinding wheel through dual axis interpolation and fully independently developed GPM modification software. The machine tool is fully enclosed in design, with a beautiful appearance. Wet grinding is not only equipped with external devices such as filtration system, internal circulation cooling device, oil mist suction device, etc., but also has software settings such as left and right end indexing, whether to retract the tool and teeth, and preset grinding.
Applicable scope Five axis open edge grinding is suitable for grinding various types of straight grooves and inclined groove hobs within ± 45 ° (both high-speed steel and hard alloy materials can be used).
