The gears of the hardened surface reducer are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel by carburizing and quenching. The hardness of the tooth surface is high. The worm gear transmission manufacturers use the CNC grinding technology for high precision, good contact, high transmission efficiency and worm gear. Transmission, stable operation, low noise; small size, light weight, long service life, high load capacity; easy to dismantle and easy to install.
Reduce shaft speed and increase torque while transmitting motion at a 90° angle. Speed reducers require lubrication (not included). Connect to a motor using a shaft coupling (not included).
Base mounting plates (sold separately) allow you to mount speed reducers to machinery or other surfaces where fastening into the bottom of the speed reducer is not possible.
