MOTOR WORM GEARBOXES FOR GREENHOUSE GW80 CHAIN COUPLING
This motor worm gearboxes is a maintenance-free, compact drive for ventilation, screen and flap ventilation systems in greenhouses and housing. It is used in an environment of 0 to 60 °C.
It is equipped with a self-braking worm gear. Its self-braking worm gear ensures that the output shaft is braked when the drive is stopped. A carefully matched combination of pinion and worm reduction enables very quiet mechanical transmission.
It features a patented integrated linear limit switch system with excellent switching accuracy for its load and safety switches. The maximum switching range of the limit switch system is equivalent to 97 revolutions of the drive shaft. The optional RPU PositioningUnit accurately monitors the current position of the drive system and passes this data back to the climate computer or controller. This position feedback can also be achieved using a mounting kit with a potentiometer.
The motor gearbox is coated with graphite grey powder and is supplied with fixing bolts and spring washers.
